In windows 10 
    Go to properties
    Click on sharing tab
    Go to advanced sharing
    Go to permission and then give full control to everyone user

Once CIFS mounted chmod|chown does not work!
	the file_perm and dir_per are set by the /etc/fstab cifs mount command

if not perms forecef by fstab cifs mount the 755 755

Need 711 for the user dir mount point
