02. Two tar files
      FILES.tar
      PUBLICTML.tar

03  Move and tar -cvf  in appropriate location

AS Root
04  Change ownership to owner user-name
      cd /var/tmp
      chown -R rmcguire: anth256

AS OWNER
    cd /var/tmp
    tar -cvf  <classid>.tar <classid>
    mv <classid>.tar /u0/users/<user-name>/public.html
