Day 31 began with discovery — TMA directory audit revealed 15 foundational
pages covering AI types, components, functionality, and LLM internals dating
back to October 2025. These pages are solid reference material but lack
narrative flow. The session pivoted to planning a new guided series built
on top of that foundation.
