check_tree.sh Small Fixes
- Add a
.tgtrun skip pattern so stale/generated files do not appear in tree reports. carried from Day 42; no completion evidence found
- Fix the mislabeled CMDS

Parking Lot — Standing Items
collaboration/lessons-learned.html — Days 11–42 were unrecorded at the Day 43 start. File timestamps show later touching, but the surviving evidence does not prove the missing reflections were written. Verify before closing. carried from Day 30- Master “index of indexes” — original idea was one page linking all EXPANDED landing/index pages. The later sequence/index work may have superseded or absorbed this idea; decide after the sequence design settles.
Users-Groups/Cron-Scheduling — previously confirmed empty; safe rmdir candidate if still present.AD directory — decide keep, archive, or remove.- Continue breadcrumb rollout — remaining large scope had included
cmds/commands, CMDS, lowercase expanded/, and LP/. Re-audit current state after the August 9 target repair before doing more mass edits.
