Remove any test runs (allPages.*, sitemap.xml) or other files not part of the Bulletin Set.
For Example, these are the files for 2020-2021

Load into a browser: www.binghamton.edu:8080/exist/rest/bulletin/2020-2021/xq/allPages.xq
If the sitemap.xml is correct, content will appear.
Save it as allPages.html in /local/htdocs/bulletin/2020-2021
Create a header in allPages.html
Run the command ...
wkhtmltopdf allPages.html allPages.pdf
Comment the header bits out of allPages.html
