--- BNumber instead if Username ---
When ls -l /u0/users | awk '{ if ($3!=$9) print $3" "$9}'
Returns users..
STEP 01 ls -l /u0/users | awk '{ if ($3!=$9) print $3" "$9}' | egrep ^[0-9] | awk '{print $2}' > /usr/local/bin/ckthese
STEP 02 cd /usr/local/bin
./CKUSERS-AD_file.bash ckthese
Note which users have entries an which do not have entries.
There are three(3) possible outcomes ...
-- OC01 ALL ARE GOOD
ls -l /u0/users | awk '{ if ($3!=$9) print $3" "$9}' | egrep ^[0-9] | awk '{print "mount /u0/users/"$2}'
have a look!
ls -l /u0/users | awk '{ if ($3!=$9) print $3" "$9}' | egrep ^[0-9] | awk '{print "mount /u0/users/"$2}' | sh
--OC02 ALL DO NOT HAVE ENTRIES.
cp -p /usr/local/bin/ckthese /admlocal/UTILS/DELETEUSERS/CCYY-MO-DAY_delete-list
cd /admlocal/UTILS/DELETEUSERS/
./RunDeleteUsers.bash 2024-12-10_delete-list
mv 2024-12-10_delete-list SAVED
--OC03 A MIX, some do and some don't have entries, this doesn't happen very often.
For the users with entries..
ckuser.bash <username> | egrep mount
This will returns a line like ...
umount /u0/users/<username>; ls -ld /u0/users/⁢username>; mount /u0/users/<username>; ls -ld /u0/users/<username>
Grab that up in your mouse, drop it on the command line and run it.
The rest need to be deleted (OC02)
Run Again:
You should get an empty return!
