Jesse;

To look at what you have for registered servers go here...
If you migrate from OLE6 to OLE6 the delete/re-register is necessary to get the newest kernels (Release 5)
available for the server

https://www.oracle.com/
hizny@binghamton.edu 0racleSupport2020 -- MyNewOraclePass2022!

To register a server.

/usr/local/bin/RegisterSystem.ksh

(this will appear) -- 15993512

The CSI to use is : 15993512
If you do not already have an Oracle SSO Login you need to create one.

https://support.oracle.com/CSP/ui/faq_en.html

If this is a new clone you need to replace the uuid

cd /etc/sysconfig/rhn
/usr/bin/uuidgen
Take the id it generates and replace the on in ...
up2date-uuid
Which is at the bottom of the file and commented out
if you have all that done and are ready to register the system then
Hit the enter key - otherwise hit Ctrl c :

Click [Yes, Continue]

Click [ ->Forward]

Fill in ...       Login:
             Password:
                       CSI:
click [->Forward]

Click the [-> Forward]

A process bar will appear

When  finishes this will appear.

Uncheck [Yes, I want to access Ksplice]   ### If you don't it con'ts but fails this option!

Click [->Forward]

Click [->Forward]

Click - [Finish]

And that finishes it

Craig,
This is fine with me.
Thanks,
Mike
